Our core sports are made up of the following but may change depending on engagement:

• Football (this is not walking football but we don't expect you to be Harry Kane!)
• Basketball
• Volleyball
• Netball
• Indoor Cricket

Remember games are for fun and not to win world cups! We demand sportsmanship, respect and good nature. In return you should have great fun, experience team banter, find new friends and improved fitness. The session is normally for one hour and this will include a sport specific warm up to reduce the chance of injury. We also include a cool down for the same reason.
